Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Carrot chopped 1 cup
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Long beans 1 cup
  • Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  • Capsicum chopped 1 cup
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Spring onion 1 bunch
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili peppers chopped 10
  • START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt (to add as needed)

Preparation:

  • Wash rice and soak in a water for 30 min.
  • Cook rice halfly and drain out water and keep aside.
  • Cut all vegetables and boil.
  • In a pan heat oil and add chopped green chili pieces and ginger pieces.
  • Add boiled vegetables and fry for 2-3 min.
  • Then add rice and mix well.
  • Now add START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
  • Mix well and garnish with chopped spring onions
